1 Eligibility
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
- Hygiene products (innerwear, etc.) are non-returnable.
Booking Amount Policy (₹79)
We charge a small booking amount of ₹79 to prevent fake orders. Here is how the refund works for it:
Full Refund:
If the product is defective, damaged, or wrong, we will refund the full amount (Product Price + ₹79).
No Refund:
If you reject the delivery at your doorstep (RTO), the ₹79 booking amount is non-refundable as it covers our courier charges.
2 How to Return?

Pickup / Ship
We will arrange a courier pickup. If unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship.
Quality Check & Refund
After the item reaches us (2-5 days), we initiate the refund to your UPI/Bank Account.
3 Damaged / Wrong Product?
48 Hours Rule: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos.
